JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Has there been any leaking from the hoses?
Customer: coolant level good no leaks
JA: Are you fixing your F150 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes , the temp knob rotated freely so i replaced the heater control asm
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
