Hi,

It's safe to assume you checked battery voltage right?

Do you have a spare key?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
somewhere
Expert:  Jared D replied 8 months ago.

If the battery voltage is good and doesn't drop down below 11.5 volts when you try to start it try the spare key. The problem could be in the security key system.

Thank you there is a relay that clicks under the dash can't find the spare key at the moment
Expert:  Jared D replied 8 months ago.

That could be the starter relay, but then again it could be a number of relays. The cooling fans, HVAC system, fuel pump, lighting all use a relay to activate when the key is first turned on.

The other possibility is that you may have a bad starter. You will need a multimeter to test it.
