Is there power at the starter when the key is turned to start?

Also, are the terminals at the starter clean and tight? (there was a bulletin on the pigtail)

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Started my search on the clean side of things.... Down loaded fuse panel with descriptions. Will check fuses soon. Haven't crawled under vehicle yet.

As well as a factory service bulletin for a no start/no crank condition.

I'm going to break away and check the starter terminal(s) and power availability.
