My wimdows well not work. Has power to main switch..not working
JA: Is this your first time dealing with this issue?
Customer: Yes all the fuses are good and relays are new..has power..all four wimdows are stuck
JA: What is the make/model/year of your car?
Customer: 2000 ford explorer 4door 5.0
JA: Are you fixing your Explorer yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes..fuses relays.the main switch has power
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

If the blue/black wire has power then check for ground present at pin 13 black wire at the drivers window switch.

If no ground present then suspect broken wire between drivers door and body. Click link below for switch connector pinout.
