What procedure did you use to program them?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Open door and unlock on the door pad
cycle ignition lock 8 times - the cars lock cycled
Hit button on key fob - nothing happensThe first time the key fob cycled the locks
I tried it a second time for the other keyfob and now none work

have you tried to program the original fob?

It quit working

Welcome, I'm Chris (aka Moose), my normal schedule online is around lunch and after dinner till early morning.

As long as the fob batteries are good, the fobs are Ford and compatible, the programming steps are being done correct, and there is not an aftermarket system on the vehicle interrupting this system. That means you need to do the steps in this file to see if the security module is bad.
