Customer Question

Hi Randall -- the instrument panel on our f150 lariat has suddenly stopped working. Speedo, tacho, fuel, etc. Do you have any suggestions please? Have checked through the fuses, and none seem to have a problem.

Thank you. Check fuses #2 and #29 in the dash fuse box. They should be 5 amp fuses. Make sure they are good and please let me know what you find.

we have checked all the fuses and they are good.

Then the problem is the instrument cluster itself and will need to be replaced. Since the two fuses for the cluster is good, the problem is internal inside the cluster. There are no serviceable parts in the cluster and it needs to be replaced as an assembly.
