do I need to pay for this service
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2000 ford e359 7.3 w/ turbo
JA: What year is your Turbo?
Customer: original
JA: Are you fixing your Turbo yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: my turbo not engaging but that's not my immediate issue. keeps acting like its out of fuel but doesn't die all the way just slows to like 15mph
JA: Has the vehicle turned into a gas hog? And how does it start -- same as usual?
Customer: starts good, yes she is hoggish
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: when I drive a mile or so and it does it, if I stop and dump the fuel from filter it will start and get me another couple miles. I just changed the filter a hour ago, didn't fix
