Customer Question

a coupleof things actually but the one i want to fix is the o2 sensors
JA: Have you located all of the vehicle's oxygen sensors? Are the wires leading to and from each intact and in good shape?
Customer: yes they are, i was just looking for if i have to buy specific sensors for specific locations?
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2001 ford windstar
JA: Are you fixing your Windstar yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: i've changed the spark plugs, i've changed the alternator, i have a new fuel pump in it as well as doing an oil change recently, i ran fuel injector cleaner through it then some all system cleaner
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: but i've been using a code reader and that says that bank 21 and bank 22 o2 sensors are shot

Welcome, I'm Chris (aka Moose), my normal schedule online is around lunch and after dinner past midnight.

Can I get the code numbers which are stored?
