Customer Question

Hi, I have a 2011 Edge SEL and the dealer just replaced the booster, master cylinder and no fix for my soft brakes. Now they want to do the ABS Module...could it be the wheel speed sensors that may be causing the issue?
JA: Is the engine oil at the right level? And is it clean?
Customer: Yes
JA: What is the model of your '11 Ford?
Customer: SEL AWD
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No..its at a local dealer..they have replaced the brake booster and master cylinder with no fix
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

Seems that they're doing a lot of guessing at your expense. Either they're not bleeding the brakes properly or they need to let a better tech work on your car. Sorry this is happening to you, I would let the service manager know about this too.

Thanks, Ron
