I have a 2003 F250 with a 6.0. I was driving it the other day and it sputtered a little. I got it to the house and shut it off. It wouldn't start back. I changed the fuel filters and noticed that the second filter on top of the engine had a small crack in the fuel cap. I replaced the cap and tried to start it and it would not start back up. I hooked the computer up to it and got codes P0603, P0672, and P1000. I am getting 48 volts to my FICM and when I spin it over it drops to 47.5 volts. The ICP is showing 1500 psi on it when I am spinning as well. Fuel pump is running and will overflow the fuel bowl on the top of the engine with the cap off in about 2-3 seconds. Now all I can get out of it is spinning without even trying to hit to start.

What are you using to read ICP pressure?

I have a Matco MAXME diagnostic scan tool

Is there any smoke from the exhaust when cranking, does it try to fire at all?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
There is no smoke coming out at all and it does not hit one bit

Do you have a programmer installed in your truck? Have you checked the EGR valve, I suspect it may be stuck open.

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I do not have a programmer on it. I have not looked at it. I will check that
