Have you actually checked for spark?
Do you happen to know if there are any codes stored?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
no spark
replaced Crankshaft sensor and camshaft sensor and ignition coil

These two codes indicate a lean fuel mixture, nothing about a spark issue. I would like to have you try spraying some starting fluid directly into the throttle and see if it will fire for a few seconds on it. If it does, then I would check the fuel supply, these two codes together like this could indicate the fuel pump is failing on the truck. If the fuel pressure was low then you would get a lean fuel condition on both banks.

Since you have already taken care of the electrical side for spark please try this and let me know.

Thank you
