JA: Does the radiator cooling fan come on?
Customer: yes
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?

JA: Are you fixing your Focus yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: changed thermostat is all. i did check for overheating. just no heat

Hi. Is your coolant bottle up to the appropriate level? Low coolant will cause lack of heat. Also is the blower motor inside the car blowing air out the vents?
