Have a 2012 Fusion. When the AC is on it will blow both hot

Customer Question

Have a 2012 Fusion. When the AC is on it will blow both hot for a few minutes then cold for a few minutes. I'm told the climate control head needs to be replaced. However I saw where the AC fuse can be taken out for 15 seconds, restart the car and let run for 3 minutes. Not sure the ladder is what I need. Help if you can.
JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Do you know what they look like?
Customer: Thanks, Bill
JA: Are you fixing your Fusion yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Have not tried anything.

The steps you have read will reset the system if in fact the blend door actuator needs to be calibrated. Do you have the steps to try this?
