I have a "vehicle mode transport active" alarm on my 2013

Customer Question

I have a "vehicle mode transport active" alarm on my 2013 Escape. What does this indicate?
JA: Have you checked the fuses? Is your battery fully charged?
Customer: It is possible the battery is low. I will check. Thank you.
JA: Are you fixing your Escape yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I would like to do it myself if it is possible. I have not really tried anything but I can put a charger on the battery.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Nothing that I know of.
