Not ready for NJ emissions test because of catalytic

Customer Question

Not ready for NJ emissions test because of catalytic converter and Evap sensors. EGR/ O2 were ready. I recall a shop did change the battery about a year ago.
JA: Have you changed a battery before?
Customer: It's a 2004 escape. I believe this is the second one we've changed
JA: Are you fixing your Escape yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: There were no problems until the emission test today. I was hoping to drive it to get the tests to run myself
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Anything that they need? but that's all I know
