Are you able to scan the computer system and see what the B fault code and codes are that should be setting?

The one component that both the headlights as well as the wipers share that fails is in most cases the FEM (front control module) . There are a few fuse that you need to check enclosed in the test steps enclosed in the ink below and if they check okay then run the complete test steps for the FEM. Have a look at the steps and post back if you have more questions and or need more help and we can work from there.
