2014 ford edge started blowing hot one one side, then cold

Customer Question

2014 ford edge started blowing hot one one side, then cold and hot on the other side ( Passenger/driver side) not both sides blowing hot, Freon line seems to be pretty darn cold, checked fuses, can you point me in the right directon to correct the problem
JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Have you located both?
Customer: well there is one under the dash on driver side then one under hood on driver side
JA: Are you fixing your Edge yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: just check fuses and make sure Freon line was cold then came to computer
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: is there some kind of flapper panel that opens between hot and cold that could be stuck open?

Hi. On your Edge it is common for the blend door actuators to go bad. Causing erratic heat operation.

where is it located and how do you fix it
