JA: Have you checked the fuel supply? And are all the spark plugs working?
Customer: Just had them changes. This problem started last week. Some times it starts on the first turn of the. Sometimes not.
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2009 f250 superduty
JA: Are you fixing your F250 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No. I am not mechanical. Just had it at Ford garage 3 weeks ago.
