My 2003 Ford Mustang 3.8L v6 is leaking water out the tube

Customer Question

My 2003 Ford Mustang 3.8L v6 is leaking water out the tube that goes into the water pump
JA: What part of the car is the leak coming from? And are you sure it's water?
Customer: It's leaking right where the tube goes into the water pump. And it's coolant
JA: Are you fixing your Mustang yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes I'm fixing it myself. I put the o-ring that came with the new water pump in the hole and then I put the tube in the hole. When I put coolant in the engine it started coming out of the hole
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just need to know how to fix it
