Have a 2004 ford taurus 3.0 ohv no power at low pessure

Hello have a 2004 ford taurus 3.0 ohv no power at low pessure switch have remove ac clucth relay and jump termial 3&5 ac come on and than fan about 30 seconds later also only have power at maxi fuse 9
& 10 once i jump 3&5 at a lost also no fan with ac control on car running

If you have no power at the low pressure switch mounted on the accumulator, check fuse 22 in the dash fuse box. Make sure it has power. The power goes from fuse 22 to the AC control switch on the dash and then to the low side cycle switch which then sends the power to the dual pressure cut out switch. See the diagram below.
