Welcome, I'm Chris (aka Moose) I prefer to work when others don't, I am here around lunch and after dinner till after midnight.

The tech which was helping opted out.

it will start Will it remain running and can it be driven then when shut off will not start again Will it at least crank?

While running are the any warning lights on?

So far the symptoms point most towards a fuel pump bad. It is hot and can not spin up to speed to make enough pressure.
