Provided the fuel pressure is good, wiring to the sensor is good, chances are the sensor is simply bad and will need to be replaced.

P0193 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit High Input

Possible Causes

FRP sensor signal is shorted to voltage
FRP sensor has failed
Low fuel pressure (NG equipped vehicles)
FRP sensor connector is damaged (check pins for damage, and for moisture)
FRP sensor signal circuit is open (gasoline equipped vehicles)
PCM has failed
