JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact code? And have you tried to reset it?
Customer: Yes, reset 10 days ago, cut out again, re-read P2138-EO / P2140-EO codes.
JA: What is the model of your '10 Ford?
Customer: 2003 F350 6.0L

Hello, my name is***** and thanks for your question.

Usually this is caused by the accelerator pedal, the internal sensors go bad. There is a slight chance it is a wiring or PCM concern. To know for sure you need a scanner that can monitor PCM data live and see if the signals are reaching the PCM at the time of the fault occurring. 95% of the time its the pedal.
