Customer Question

After head gasket kit, reassembled engine, turned key, all accessories functional, heard fuel pump, nothing from starter. I took starter to auto parts store(the one starts with an O') starter spun like a top, reinstalled, nothing. Code p1633 any help would be very appreciated🙌🙌🙌
JA: Is the car in "Park" or "Neutral?" Do you know if your car has a "wheel lock" feature?
Customer: It is in park. Wheel lock? Is that like an Ebrake?
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2000 Taurus S E 3.0
JA: Are you fixing your Taurus yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Ran fine, blew head gasket, installed gasket kit, procedure went smooth, all sensors hooked up, battery jiuced, no starter not even click. Yrs I am fixing myself.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I thought you were mechanic, :) only one code appeared (p1633):other than that I'm at a loss. thx for help Pearl

Check fuse 122 , a 10 amp fuse in the engine bay fuse box. Make sure it is intact and has power. Please let me know the results.
