Hi my name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist with this today. In some cases I may need more info to assist better.I apologize for any delay.

The hydraulic oil in these shocks can leak out like this here leading to the shocks needing replaced. If the oil makes it onto the belt or any of the smooth faced pulleys this causes the belt to come off.I have seen this several times before in the past and had to repair the leak and clean off all of the pulleys and belt with a cleaner then reinstall the belt.
