driver side low beam does not turn on, changed bulb did not fix, inspected fuse, looks ok
JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Have you located both?
Customer: so far the interior one where the low beam fuse is located will look for the 2nd one
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2011 Fusion
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes, changed bulb, inspected fuse

Do both high beams work?
Do you have a test light or digital multi meter?

Ok. First check and make sure you have power going through fuse #7 in the dash fuse box for the drivers side headlight. I know you stated the fuses were good, but we need to make sure they have power. There are test points on the top of the fuses when they are installed and you check for power at the fuses with the headlights turned on. Please let me know if you have power on fuse #7.
