The most likely cause of no crank and no communication is a stuck PCM relay. First check all of the fuses:

Check for a blown, missing, or poorly connected fuse and verify that the fuses have power. Fuses 28 (5 amp), 34 (15 amp), 9 (20 amp), 33 (15 amp), 14 (10 amp), 32 (15 amp), 5 (7.5 amp), 29 (15 amp), 30 (15 amp) and fuse 12 (5 amp).

Next, try swapping this relay with a similar relay that isn't as essential (like the fog light relay right next to it).

I'm sorry?

So it sounds like you have already checked the relay as well?

Did you still need help?

So you have power everywhere and it still doesn't crank or communicate? The only thing left to consider would be a bad PCM.
