Hello are any warning lights on? Doe sit feel like you are running over a washboard road around 45 plus mph or a solid misfire? Have you had it checked for codes with a scan tool?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
My mechanic checked the code. He told me it was Turbo Under Boost.
Expert:  HDGENE replied 1 year ago.

Ok an under boost code P0299 is usually caused by carbon buildup on the turbocharger vanes. It would need to be removed, disassembled and cleaned if the variable vanes are not moving properly. Also the egr valve should be removed and run the engine with it out to make sure you have good flow out of the port. Inspect inside the intake manifold passages where the egr sits for any blockage. If the egr intake runner is plugged up. It will also causes issues like this. the i ntake manifold would need to be removed and cleaned to improve flow.
