Customer Question

I have a 2011 Mustang convertible. The windshield wipers and washer fluid pump will not turn off. I have replaced turn signal lever with washer button and wiper relay in fuse box under the hood. What is next? Is there a control relay someplace?

Hello, my name is***** problem that you are having it usually caused by a failing windshield wipe motor assembly. The motor assembly has an internal module that controls all of these systems. If the control switch has been replaced then the motor/module needs to be replaced. Double check the connection at the motor first to make sure it is not showing signs of melting or overheating. If the connector is fine then replace the motor assembly. If you need more help please let me know.
