2010 p-71 transplanted into 1966 f-100. Motor stumbles, runs

Customer Question

2010 p-71 transplanted into 1966 f-100. Motor stumbles, runs rough . Have new o2 sensors, cleaned MAF. Using aftermarket fuel pump, maybe I have a fuel pressure problem ?
JA: Have you located all of the vehicle's oxygen sensors? Are the wires leading to and from each intact and in good shape?
Customer: Yes sensors are new
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Just the sensors and cleaning MAF
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: New aftermarket electric fuel pump, but do I need a relay to allow computer to control pump ?

KEy on engine off you should have 60psi and 40psi with the engine running. What brand/model fuel pump are you using?
