Hi. This is caused by the torque converter clutch being stuck on. This can be caused by the TCC solenoid. Or it can be the torque converter itself. It could be shorted wiring in the tranmission lead frame as well.

Do you have a scan tool or a way to check for codes in the computer?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I took it to a shop he put it on the computer an he told me it was the MAF

Ok. I was wondering if you had got the codes checked that I asked about. It is possible that a MAF can cause that. There may some debris on the wire of the sensor. DId he put a new one on? and does it run better?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
There is a new one on an yes it runs better but it still cuts off

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
