Hello, the turn signal flasher is part of the Body control module. It is not serviced seperately. If there is an issue and it is not a problem with the turn signal switch itself, a diagnostic check for codes of the Body control module will need to be done to determine the root cause of the concern. There are no known technical service bulletins for this concern. So a trip to the dealer will be in order to resolve this issue.
