Hello, you replaced the dpfe and maf sensor for codes, those codes are gone now? Will it pass a key on engine off and key on engine running test with a scan tool? No vacuum leak on the pcv hose/collapsed? Have you checked fuel pressure with a gauge?
Ok you checked fuel pressure and it is good? It passes on demand testing with a scan tool? How many miles are on the engine?
And it has a rough idle and stalls when you throttle up or only when put in gear? Throttle body bore clean?Original engine? Have you run a compression test? Erratic vacuum gauge readings if you hook up a vacuum gauge?
This many miles, something isnt adding up...... these engines are known for valvetrain issues, main bearing wear issues, phaser issues. Its hard to believe everything you are testing is ok, no codes, good compression...
Your problem could be nothing more than a dirty mass air flow sensor. This will cause that problem without throwing a code.Clean it and see what happens.
