Hi, my name is ***** ***** is caused by either a bulb out on the side that flashes faster, or an open wire in one of those, you said the bulbs were all good, but have you checked to see ifall of them light up when on that side?

The move to ensure that they were good they light up as well as blank

on the rear, there are 2 buls on each side for the turn signalc, one may be good, and the other not, also you need to check the front turn signals, one bulb out on the front or rear will cause it to flash faster, so check them really good, its very common,Tim
