My 1999 ford GT mustang needs heater core replaced now 4th

Customer Question

My 1999 ford GT mustang needs heater core replaced now for teh 4th time as it is leaking again. I expect it will only last one year and then leak again. I had the work done at a ford dealer.
JA: What part of the car is the leak coming from? What color is the fluid?
Customer: leaks in the floor inside the car.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: It is my sons car and he is considering junking it. He has had it since it was new. In very good condition with 2nd engine
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: I think Ford is not telling us somehthing as it happens over and over
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Ford Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.
