Have Ford Questions? Ask a Mechanic for Answers ASAP
Hello my name is***** am an ASE master tech, glad to help you with this.
I have done this job before. The easiest way to get the engine out is to lift the body off of the frame. You can get the engine out from the top, but you have to tip the engine upright while it is coming out. You can have the body up in an hour or two. Hopefully this helps you out.
