The B1342 is a fairly straight forward code pointing to an internal problem with the Electronic Brake Control Module. Check fuse #9 in the under-hood fuse box. If the fuse is good, then a scan-tool that can interact with the ABS System should be used to confirm, but more commonly, the Module is defective and will need to be replaced.
