Both of the 02 sensors on the passenger side of the engine get power from the same source. Follow the harness up along the drivers side of the engine to the top of the transmission to the passenger side of the engine. Make sure it is not pinched between the engine and the transmission and that it is not damaged or melted on the exhaust manifold. You can check the resistance of the circuit between the sensor connectors to see if there is a break in the wire. All the 02 sensors get power on the red wire at each sensor.
