did you just look at them fuses or did you actually test them with a voltmeter or test light?

Took them out and replaced them with new

chances are you need a new multifunction switch but I would test for voltages to and from it, refer to that wiring

the multifunction switch is the turn signal switch and usually has the wiper on it, too and the dimmer, etc.
