hello apologies for the delay, I had to step out that belt run looks correct to meso 1st thing to check is if the belt tensioner is working and springing back to its stop? as it should take a lot of force to wind it back if its easily pushed back by hand then replace italso check the belt length is correct and that the pulley on your new power steering is the same size as the old one as a smaller pulley will need a shorter belt
