- Did you happen to have any p-codes scanned from the on-board computer?

- What was done already to try and correct the problem?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no p codes detected by auto shop.. 3 years ago 80k miles a similar issue occurred and shop did acomplete tuneup.. when they tested the system nothing amiss was evident this time hoping to isolate issue without full tune up
