Hello, Eddie here and I will do my best to help. First question I have is do you have a freeze plug installation tool? looks like this?

Yes I have the tool but it won't work because the motor mount is in the way and have only 1" to work with

I follow you there, you've got the mount off the block correct? but still it's an inch from the frame? You have to take the mount off the block first.
