Ok,when cranking the engine over, does the oil pressure gauge come up into the normal range cranking, it may take 15-30 seconds of cranking, this lets us know if there is base engine oil pressure.

Ok, if you have fuel pressure, the most likely cause is a high pressure oil leak inside the engine. The way we diagnose these is first check fuel pressure, should be 50 psi, if ok, we monitor the ICP pressure, it should be reading more than 500 psi to turn the injectors on to start. If less than 500, the injectors never fire and causes a crank no start. If it is low, we do a air leak test through the ICP sensor fitting with compressed air and listen for air leaks. The most common leaks are the STC fitting on the HP oil pump, the block off plugs in the oil rails under the valve covers, and the fuel injector orings on top of the injectors. We listen for air leakage and replace the component or oring where the leak is found.
