Customer: I have checked the v power wire and it is hot yes
JA: Is there anything else the Ford Mechanic should be aware of about your Ford?

Hi my name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist with this today. In some cases I may need more info to assist better.I apologize for any delay.

Can you tell me the year and model of this vehicle as well as engine liter size?

Have you tested voltage to the glow plugs themselves when the engine is cold for the first 10 seconds?
