It sounds like the fuel pump has failed. Please check for fuel pressure first. There is a test port on the metal fuel lines for the fuel injectors on the front of the engine by the drivers side valve cover. It looks like a tire metal valve stem. Turn the key on and press the needle valve down in the test port and see if you get a large spray of fuel. If not, You may have a bad fuel pump, but if you have fuel pressure, we will have to look somewhere else.
