Please don't get upset, but since we never know what's on our customers mind when they post their requests, we need to ask questions that might seem unnecessary.

All I see on my page is "cruisecontrolnotworking"; based on that...

  • do you want us to help you repair your cruise control?
  • do you plan on doing the repair yourself? If so, do you have tools and basic skills?
  • your request came under the "Ford" category, so what year, model, trim level, engine size, transmission type, drive type is your vehicle?
  • can you give us a little background history on how and when the cruise control stopped working?
