04 Ranger, stalled when foot slipped off clutch in first gear. Followed fuel pump fuses & reset switch- not starting. What else could have happened?

You could try spraying starting fluid down the throttle; if it starts, then the most probable cause would be a tripped inertia switch - make sure you check it with a voltmeter to ensure current is going through it and on to the fuel pump.
