Customer Question

My son bought a F250 1985 6.9 XLT Diesel. Just got 2 wks ago was a little but harder to get started but still was running fine. He went to work the other night and wouldn't start. Tried jumping it nothing. Bought two new batteries but before that cleaned all corrosion and stuff on other one. Started is only 2 yrs old. Only clicking once not turning over at all. Just need to get this running. Spent money buying truck He can't be spending too much going through long list of what its. Not to mention needs transportation to work. Any help would be appreciated. Don't know what to check from here.
