All phone calls carry an additional charge and have to be set up by JustAnswer. Would you like me to send you the offer for the call so I can call you or would you like to stay working with me on the chat?

OK. The problem seems to be a burnt fusible link. There are 5 fusible links that look like wires that go to that solenoid (it's actually called the glow plug relay), the 2 that are Grey come straight from the Battery positive terminal - check those first. The 3 Blue ones go from the relay to the power control system.

Let me know if that helps you solve the problem.

Best Regards.
