I'm so sorry I have oil in coolant and can it be the oil cooler ?

Sounds like the engine oil cooler is the problem.The egr cooler does not have oil running through it.

You can just replace the oil rings on it.

I have oil in the coolant i don't want customer to come back willing to replace the whole coolers here is located and how long does it take any special tools to change it

It is located on the driver side just above oil pan.No special tools required.Labor less than 2 hours.
